Hokmah University has met the qualifications for exemption from regulation under the Act, pursuant to California Education Code (CEC) Section 94874(e) and has current status as a nonprofit religious corporation under the Corporation Code.

According to Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education, it is declared that all of the information submitted meets the exclusion requirements.

Pursuant to CEC 94874.7. this verification of exemption shall remain valid until November 14, 2020.
